In experimenting with the laser for the tree bark corset (https://shorturl.at/CEQR6) I thought "you know, this pattern would look wicked good on a plague doctor mask".
I think I was right.
We take full grain, veg tan leather, cut and punch it by hand and run though a laser etching process. Then we hand dye and seal with Resolene (a protective acrylic finish for leather). Finally we place brass eyelets (for improved breathing and reduced fogging of the lenses) and stitch the whole thing together using Maine Thread.
